2024 Summit in Rochester

Our latest summit took place in Fall 2024 in Rochester, New York.

This summit prioritized early-stage investigators and trainees with a focus on grant writing and connecting with mentors. According to the post-summit survey, over 96 % of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the scientific content, 100% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the networking opportunities, and 100% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with the conference overall.

2023 Conference at NYU

Our first conference took place in Fall 2023 at New York University.

Over 180 people gathered to discuss cutting edge research on cancer in SGM communities and set priorities for future science. After the conference, over 96% of respondents reported the educational intervention to be relevant to their practice, 100% of respondents noted that the learning formats were appropriate, and over 65% of respondents believed the educational intervention addressed clinical care affecting health of populations.
